Produced in Brignoles, using juice from Var vineyards, vinified at low temperature, with specific yeast inoculated, and undergoing a 60-day secondary fermentation. Floral nose with aromas of white fruit; fine and elegant bubbles; an excellent aperitif wine.

Serving temperature: 8-10°C.

Produced in Brignoles, using juice from vineyards in the Var region. A delightful nose with aromas of red berries and strawberry, this is an excellent aperitif wine and pairs well with Asian seafood dishes.
