Elle s\u2019occupe des analyses de maturit\u00e9 du raisin afin de d\u00e9cider du moment<br \/>\nde la r\u00e9colte, suit la vinification et participe \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration et assemblages des vins.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/laurent-kyriazides-vigneron-caviste.jpg\" alt=\"Laurent Kyriazides Vigneron Caviste Domaine Grande Bastide\"><\/p>\n<h2>Laurent Kyriazides<\/h2>\n<p>Winemaker \u201cCaviste\u201d<\/p>\n<div>Laurent is in charge of wine production and vinification.
